I ignored the bad reviews and signed a one-year lease. It was a huge mistake. The office staff is terrible; the rent is overpriced; and the apartments themselves are aging badly. We had multiple maintenance issues, which resulted in water damage from a leaking roof and other issues. While I had some good neighbors, there were also a lot of bad neighbors, including people who sped through the parking lots and threatened me and others when we complained about it.
