I asked for a hair trim, ombre color, and root touch up. My stylist said that she had no idea what "ombre" was, but assured me that she could figure it out after I showed her the hair inspiration pictures I brought. The senior stylist gave her %u201Ctips%u201D on how to %u201Combre.%u201D She ended up foiling my entire head of hair, using bleach on the bottom half, and my root touch up dye on the top half. This procedure took more than three hours, and I'm now positive that she had no clue what to expect until she was complete. After the bleach sat on my h
