The worst customer service that I have ever encountered... EVER! I purchased not one, but two fireplaces from them. Fireplaces are not cheap and I expected to receive a good product and good customer service, boy was I wrong! I didn't even get a service person to explain or show me how to operate these new self venting fireplaces. I have been calling and leaving messages since the end of October, but I haven't heard back.
