Went to Aliso Viejo Phy Ther for a few months. Never felt like they really cared. No new exercises or more weight the entire time I was there. The hands-on work was sub-par. They seemed more interested in talking to each other about personal things than working on the patients. When I said I had problems going up and down stairs, my therapist seemed irritated that they would have to do something else and only helped once. I should have quit early and gone somewhere else - I wish I had when I hear about other people's experiences at other facilities. I only did better when
