I had quite painful experience with 1-800-pack-rat Moving and Storage located in Chatilly, VA. I was about to relocate to another place in Rockville, MD, which was only 0.5 miles away, but I had to move out 2 weeks before I could move in. So, I ordered 1-800-Pack-Rat service to move and store my stuff for 2 weeks, while my family traveled out of state.
