i had been a patient for years, last month i ordered a pair of glasses that i paid cash for,$300.00 . i did'nt use my insurance because they only pay for glasses with lines, i wanted no-line. dr. says why don't u get the free glasses from ins. in sun glasses said ok, but i dont want lines, they make me sick my wife was standing right beside me, dr. says ok but you have to pay $20.00 to tint them. 10 days later went to pick up $300. pair of glasses things were fine , recptionest says sun glasses will be in later. went to pick up sun glasses, hatef
