I have taken my boat there for the past 4 years for winterizing. Last year their price went up about $50. I decided to spring for the "deluxe" package, and all I got was a deluxe headache. They broke a terminal off of the oil pressure switch during service (I KNOW they did it since it was right next to the oil filter and that isn't easily accessed unless a service access panel is removed). Everyone makes mistakes. I replaced this part myself and when I went there to speak with Todd, he was completely indifferent and could care less. I gave him the opportunity to make things
