At Nuhill Technologies most of our work in additive manufacturing involves injection molded plastic components in both design and prototyping. Prototyping and product development services at Nuhill Technologies utilizes stereo lithography (SLA) and molded polyurethane prototypes. Prototype parts molded by Nuhill are often indistinguishable from injection-molded parts. Molded prototype part may be used to evaluate the part and assembly designs for the final part; molded polyurethane parts can be used in design reviews and in pilot manufacturing runs.
