Awful service! I'm from out of town and had a low tire and was recommended this towing company from Kwik Trip gas station. I found an air pump and tried to cancel my tow only to get yelled at by this company. I told them I was being polite by canceling the tow and not just driving off but they still demanded I pay a service charge. Both driver and dispatcher were impolite and unprofessional. They told me I had wasted their time and the driver had been "taken off another call" to come help me. I hadnt asked them to hurry or to take him away from someone else in need.
