My last experience in Rocket Liquors was a terrible one! I was 8 cents short to buy a case of Michelob Golden Light in bottles, which isn't cheap! I asked for 8 pennies out of what I assumed was a "give a penny, take a penny" bowl. What a mistake! The owner informed me that his plate with the pennies on it wasn't for taking any pennies out of and expressed it in a degrading way. I bought it anyway and shorted myself 8 cents for cab fare to get the heavy case of beer home with. I knew a cab driver would probably not turn me down a ride for being 8 cents short of the fare
