Our restaurant at Korova Milk Bar® is run by esteemed chef Mark Shenk. He has had numerous highly-rated restaurants in NYC over the last 20 years. A Stray Café in NYC's Greenwich Village and recently A Red Café are just two that were booked solid most of the time. His contemporary home-style cooking pleases all, with a little something for everyone.
