I've been a customer at this Firestone for several years and was happy with their work and customer service...until now. I will never be back. On my most recent visit to this location both my husband and I were lied to by the service adviser and treated horrible when we tried to understand why our car wasn't ready when promised. The manager wasn't there, so we simply asked for the managers home phone number and the employee abruptly tossed the manager's business card at us and sarcastically said "I'm not giving you that, who are you..the mayor?
