This vendor located a wood burning insert to fit our fireplace. He came over and measured, and showed us pictures of the unit. We agreed to purchase and paid a $1000 deposit. Then he scheduled several dates to deliver and install the unit, and missed every date without calling. Then the excuses started about how his van broke down etc, and then he said he moved to Truckee and wouldn't be delivering the unit. Now he doesn't return my calls and I'm trying to get my money back. He's a simple crook. Don't hire him for anything.
