Poor communication, rude, irritable. We booked ahead and were told to get our dog up-to-date on vet-recommended shots. We immediately took off to the vet to get up-to-date as our dog was just hitting his 3-year birthday. We were told $25 per day. We planned to drop our dog off Saturday evening and pick up early Monday morning. When we arrived, the lady acted as though I was a few classes far below her and demanded to know why our dog wasn%u2019t up-to-date on shots. I tried smiling and telling her that he was now up-to-date and was wearing the new vet tags
