Now renting one of these properties in Huntington Park. Nice neighborhood, but home very dirty on move in. Family left personal items in every room. Back yard full of debris and toys, bikes, etc. Piles of ashes and old wood in the fire place. Many repairs still outstanding after 3 months. Home cold due to old windows. Despite 4 requests, response time poor. Will not return calls promptly, but takes rent check EVERY month of course. Not worth the money. Corporate level slumlord.
