(Part 1) Absolutely horrible. They don't even deserve that one star. Negative 5 stars if I could give it. If you actually have real affection for your feline companion, stay away from this business. Your first clue should be the cheesy name (which, really, doesn't even make sense as a name). These incompetent, arrogant "vets" egregiously misdiagnosed my cat, bordering on incompetence, and possibly (probably) led to him having to later be euthanized.
