Review
I find that most reviews of any retail are done by upset people looking for an outlet to complain which is the cowards way out instead of approaching the store with their grievances. You are unfair and rude. And Google and other "review" webpages are rediculous in the fact that you encourage this and then call these small business and try to charge them a monthly fee to remove angry comments which is why PetCo and PetSmart always has higher ratings than a store like this that only deserves 5 stars.
