I went in and bought a new phone for Verizon and I was in my full upgrade and had a $100 credit. I left the store and then started to look over my receipt and noticed that I only got a $50 credit off the price off the phone. I contacted Verizon and they stated that yes the "dealer" only gave me a $50 credit in error. When I contacted the store they stated that for that phone even though I was authorized $100 credit towards a new phone they were only authorized to sell it with a $50 credit.
