Terrible business. From start to finish. The don't know about home appraisals. They do not know about home values. They were rude and inconsiderate . Would not even speak to me after paid for appraisal. Please don't use them. I called other places that were very happy to have my business. They just rip off banks. They looked at my house in less than 5 minutes. Also lied on appraisal. That way there was another fee to come back again. Banks stay away please
