Terry and Lyn are amazing! I have a rescue who is terrified of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE! Terry and Lyn are the only people I know who she will allow to touch her immediately. They really cater to her and understand how frightened she is. They make special arrangements for her each time we come. So sweet and caring! This is the best groomer I have ever been to. Not only do they take great care of Ladybug, they are also wonderful people and great friends. I would recommend VIP to anyone!!
