Oz fitness will take anyones money with or wothout services being provided. You can sign anyone up for a membership and be charged even if they don't want to have a membership. I was charged for my husband that did not want to be a member and he has signed no contract to be enrolled. Be careful with this company the charge an arm and leg for membership. If you are not certain if someone wants to join DO NOT pay fo rthem or enroll them as you will be charged for them doiong nothing.
