I made an appt for highlights w/Amy, and wanted thin blonde highlights: but not Paris Hilton blonde. I walked out of there with highlights UNDERNEATH a PARIS HILTON HELMET! Highlights were SO thin and blonde they blended together. $70 a tip (yes, I gave 20% since she stood there waiting for the receipt), even though she straightened my hair with HAIRSPRAY--ya, that's perfect, considering you just applied bleach.
