My 1st and last experience with All Seasons Fireplace was this week. The guy didn't even look up from his computer when I walked in. I was in for parts and the guy was rude and short with me. Instead of being customer friendly and help with solutions, he immediately assumed my lack of maintenance caused the failure. Even though they are the closest store to my house - I will find somewhere else to spend money in the future.
