I purchased a large shelf from the wooden heart in St. Cloud I drive a small car so I had asked my 8 month pregnant sister to stop and pick it up for me, I paid for the self and asked that they have it wrapped and ready to go the following day. Needless to say this didn't happen; their staff forced it into the front of the truck breaking the shelf because they had nothing to wrap it with!
