NEVER USE THEM.I called for a simple repair, their service tech quoted a part price and it ended up being two and half times what he quoted. Their owner wouldn't take care of us and now the tech denies quoting prices. They won't give you an invoice so you have no idea of prices till they send it out later. He lied right to my wife's face and they won't do anything other than remove their part and give me mine in return. So it was have a non working fireplace or pay the extra money. All I wanted was you honor your word. Never will recommend them to anyone.
