The owner and head manager of Glenwood Terrace and Highland Hills doesn't care about her resident's health. I never had sinus issues before moving into our apartment, and I've had chronic sore throats, rhinitis, headaches, and a weak voice since moving in here, months ago. GT steam-cleaned the carpet twice before we moved in; even a rental inspector told me that any place that needs to clean twice should simply replace the carpet.
