I applied and was approved for a refinance mortgage, signed papers on 4/3/09, and for the next two months, was given excuse after excuse for why the loan hadn't funded. They kept blaming the bank who they claimed was doing the financing, the escrow company, the insurance company and anyone else they could point the finger at. Come to find out that it was Sunbelt Financial who was holding everything up because they didn't have the money to fund the loan. Everyday I was given a new deadline on when the loan would fund.
