This is my first winter here and I've learned without fail (even though the lease states the park is responsible for maintaining the roads) They leave 10 feet of snow unplowed behind your vehicle after every snow storm, so the cheaper rent prices are quickly offset by the countless hours of having to shovel the boulders left from the overflow of the plow to about the center line of the road. Besides that their are several abandoned trailers which are very unsafe (broken window/doors/decks/wild animals/ect...)And if you have kids keep them as far from the roads
