I have had several banks in town throughout the years, but have been a customer of First Bank and Trust for about 10 yrs now. I normally go to the Branch on Valley Dr., Bristol, VA and everyone there has always gone out of their way to answer questions and assist me with my needs, whether it be checking, savings, mortgage, financial help....whatever. I have NEVER had a bad experience, no mistakes by them or anything. I highly recommend them to anyone.
