I just had a new counter installed last week. My daughter left her Ipod on the kitchen table during the install. After the installers left we discovered the IPOD was missing. I called Creative Surface Interiors and got voicemail, left a message explaining what happened. No return call so I called Lowe's and got some other number. I reached someone yesterday afternoon at which time she told me "I asked the installers and they didn't take it".
