After spending weeks and weeks at Small Talk with our 3 year old (at $175 a pop), we make an appointment with the owner Dinneen Kaber. 25 minutes after our session was to start with no therapist showing she decides to call my wife. She spent 10 minutes explaining the traffic situation and how she actually drives from Long Beach to see clients. When my wife told her it was completely unprofessional to abandon your clients by not showing to a session (especially after driving across town to attend), this wonderful woman simply hung up on my wife.
