CAN'T BELIEVE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I went in with my family & waited 15 minutes before we decided to leave. When we first got there the bank manager told us that someone would be right with us & to have a seat at a desk. Not one customer came into the bank as we waited. Still being patient, as I can understand how work can be busy. It wasn't until we noticed all 3 of the tellers standing in a circle talking about unrelated bank stuff & giving each other head messages, utterly ridiculous.
