Seriously, avoid these guys at all costs. I called 12 hours before I needed a cab and specifically specified 9AM would be the latest as I, of course, had a flight to catch. I also noted that we would have to make a stop to pick up a co-worker on the way. 9:10 rolled around and nothing. No cab, no phone call. So..I called them, and what happened.. the guy put me on hold for 5 minutes until i hung up and called back.
