I live in Las Vegas, NV, saw their product at a home show back in August, set up an appointment and ordered a patio security door 08/29/08. I was promised up dates and that delivery would take 6-10 weeks, never got ANY updates. I've called them numerous times, left numerous messages and no return calls. It is now 10 weeks out and no one is ever in the office, and apparently the door is not even to production yet!! Their customer service SUCKS!!! Just today I checked the Better Business Bureau website in Arizona and found this company has had (29) complaints in the last
