When I arrived, the apartment was not clean. It was in complete disarray. I was made to pile my boxes where they would be least in the way so a cleaning lady could come in & so that the carpets could be cleaned. My lease stated that the apartment was to be painted prior to move in & when I mentioned the white patch job located in the hallway area, I was told the painters would be in that night as well.
