I contacted Dugan Plumbing in late September, 2009 to repair a routine plumbing problem underneath my kitchen sink. The rep came out on 9/30/09. Unfortunately after the job was completed, the line to the reverse osmosis system (RO) was reinstalled incorrectly. I immediately contacted Geoff Dugan, the owner. he argued with me that that was not his company's issue. After further arguement, Dugan acquiesced. He advised that he would have a guy come out before the first weekend in October. However when I called him on Friday 10/2/09, he advised he could not meet the committment
