We went in and everything was fine, services were rendered. However, the final bill came and showed a balance left on our retainer, so we asked for a check refunding the unused portion. This was met with a claim that the bill we received was incorrect and in fact our retainer was used up. This is a very shady way of doing business, it does credit to the old saying that all lawyers are crooked and thieves. I would not do business with them period.
