The doctor himself is OK, but the billing department is nasty. Once you are on their hook, they will send you misleading bills and press you to pay. If you have a very good health plan that pays whatever they charge, you don't need to worry. Otherwise, be careful. Do your research and make phone calls before writing your checks. I saved more than $200 this way (for my first and last visit).
