I went to get my oil changed I had a mostly pleasant experience. The only part that I felt could use improvement was the waiting area (or lack thereof). The waiting area had 4 chairs pushed up against a wall outside some offices. Most of the room was taped off or being used for sales/rental. So I gave the waiting area a poor review on the survey that was sent to me. What I didn't appreciate was being called about the survey and chewed out by the Mac Haik contact because of the low survey.
