*I wouldn't even give them one star but didn't have an option for zero... I made an appointment to get just my haircut (no blow-out, no style because I was going to the gym from the appointment and I specifically stated this when I made the appt- the receptionist said "No problem"). The haircut took literally ten minutes. I went to check out and they charged me $40!!! for a 10-minute haircut I could have gotten at Supercuts (and would have probably been better)! Outrageous, totally overpriced and unimpressive work!!! I'm sticking to Pump Salon!
