Owner Eric Lindorf and his crew are the only ones I have trusted to service the BMW's that I have owned over the last 15 years. In all those 15 years there have only been two times that I have had problems. Once was a defective part and the other was a problem with gasket that was damaged when installed. Neither time did I have to mention that I was upset at bringing the car back. In both situations Eric was honestly more upset than I was!
