A family member of mine had a very negative experience with Pulver Towing. Her car was being towed for being in an apartment parking lot for a few minutes where she was not a resident. She was called a F****ing B**** by the Pulver Towing Employee. Upon calling in and asking to speak to management, we were told that it was the OWNER of Pulver Towing that used this obscene language. While she was already having a terrible day, understandably upset, and may have raised her voice and sworn at the Pulver Towing employee, under no circumstances is it OK for him to use thi
