My husband and I waited over 3 months for a service call on our Ditch Witch!! We were told continually by Scott, the Parts Manager, that they would be at our place "next week...." My husband was digging a water line for our home, and the Ditch Witch finally quit completely. When I called the store to inquire as to when they would be arriving to repair it, Scott rudely proceeded to inform me how expensive it would be for them to come out and look at the Ditch Witch.
