This place is a rip-off. I brought a pair of pants in to get hemmed. One of the pants legs was crooked. I took it back and the owner claimed to not be able to see the discrepancy, when it was clearly visible. After arguing with the owner for about 15 minutes she agreed to have it re-done. Once I picked up the item, it was actually worse. I demand my money back so I could find someone competent enough to handle this task. But the owner still refused to make the situation better. I guess the customer is not always right at USA Cleaners. Save your time and money and
