Since day one El Ranchito is my favorite restaurant in Union, MO. Service is always fast and accurate. The food is delicious and plentiful. The margaritas are excellent and the beers are very cold. My usual Pacifico is always on hand. Chips and salsa are placed on your table usually within a minute of seating. We eat at El Ranchito at least once to three times as week. My wife's favorite is the chicken and rice soup. You get a very large bowl of medium spicey broth just loaded with shreaded white meat chicken, vegetables, rice and topped with diced ripe avacado.
