Didn't inform me of the charges prior to the repair then charged me $22 for a 5 min. repair. I asked them to let the customer know prior to the repair how much they would charge so the customer could decide for themselves if they wanted to pay $22/5 min. or fix it themselves. John in service argued and demeaned me for 10 min. straight on the phone about their good customer service and wouldn't acknowledge that it would be nice to inform customer first of charges. Total rip off and completely RUDE unbelievably bad customer service!!!
