This company was hired by MN Home Zone to fix cracks in my ceiling sheet rock and to stretch my carpets. The first problem was that I had to call them to set up the appt. I called the home zone and they seemed surprised that I hadn't heard from them and gave me the number to call. When I called Tom assured me I was on his list of people to "call today" and we set the appointment for Friday morning (mid January) He said his crew would arrive between 10 and 11 AM. On Friday morning I waited at my home until 11 then I left for work. No contractor and no phone ca
