Thank you for helping us warn others about this company. My daughter typed this for me. I am shocked Staten Island Monuments is allowed to operate. They promised everything would be perfect at the beginning. We felt good when we gave them the check. For my sister's grave, they spelled the name wrong name on her headstone. They refused to refund any money to us. My sister was my best friend. I don't have the strength to fight and our family doesn't have the money for a lawyer.
