I purchased a home from Cranston Real Estate in 2013. They drafted the real estate contract and in it stated that there was no timber reservation on the property. Prior to signing this contract I specifically asked in e-mails if there were ANY issues with the trees and I was told no. I was also told they had a copy of the deed and were looking at it due to other questions I had about the property.
