I called them for service and they were so cool about everything. They could have easily told me that I needed a new furnace and I would have believed them. They told me it was a simple fix and then gave me a hell of a deal for the service and the small part that fixed the unit. Very good and I will call them for my air conditioner tune-up this spring too.
